Underground 13 Youth Program
The under youth club (UYC) is an extension of the Underground (UG13), which in a Non-profit Organization for black business owners in and around the KMC. UG13 is primarily focused on the congregation and collobaration of BBO's with the purpose of engaging in community service, networking, and providing resources and assistance to propel the members of our community.

"Hello, my name is Davinelle Fields. I am currently Active Duty military, entrepreneur and owner of Competition Atheletics & Fashion (CAF). I was born and raised in a small town in the great state of Alabama. I have two siblings and one daughter, Chloe. I am a huge fan of financial literacy and the blessings it can bring when used for its intent. I have done a great deal of studying since I wasn't provided this opportunity in my teenage years and am excited to assist as a member of the Underground 13 in providing this information."
"I am an instructor assigned to the Kisling Noncommissioned Officer Academy, Kapaun Air Station, Germany. I grew up in Bailey, North Carolina and enlisted in the United States Air Force in February 2004. I am Professional Military Education Instructor and love to see the impact you as an instructor instill in people. Pretty cool, I’ve been married now for 14 years now, and my wife and I have two amazing and super cool boys, named Christian and Samuel. I love spending time with the (Williams Family Gang ) and just enjoying every living life and experiencing life with them. Overall, I am excited to be a part of the team and establish a roadmap for success for the youth of the KMC!!"
The Underground 13
Non-Profit Organization
The Underground 13 (UG13) was founded in the KMC on May 15, 2020, ten days before the murder of George Floyd. The thinking behind the organization was, black business owners are already disenfranchised and have lower opportunities than others; it made sense to group together and try and help each other with networking, resources and marketing while also giving back to our community.

There was no major selection process in the beginning, one person brought in another until there were 13 of us. As we began to organize we decided on the name Underground 13 symbolically as Harriet Tubman went on 13 missions to free the slaves. Aside from our core mission to assist black businesses we occasionally have non-profit community events or educational seminars.

As we are in a military community, people rotate in and out and we are looking to recruit new members and want to open this opportunity to anyone interested in membership or occasionally volunteering.
