Cancellation Policy
For Events or Seminars: In case an event or seminar has to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances including new increased corona regulations, those registered will be notified by e-mail and reimbursed toward the original payment method. If the event has to be rescheduled, those registered will be given the option to stay registered for the new date or be reimbursed. Please allow 7 to 10 business days following cancellation for funds to reach your account. One time events and seminars are non-refundable unless cancelled or rescheduled. For Classes/Courses: In case of cancellation, students will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days of the date the class was canceled. The student can cancel up to 3 business days before the scheduled course. Refunds are otherwise only issued if the class does not take place, not if the student fails to attend.
