Refunds for Cancellations up to 10 days prior to departure date. Cancellation within 10 days are non-refundable. If you find someone to replace you on your scheduled trip please contact us to let us know of this change at info@qiklearning.com
You will be contacted no later than 2 days before departure date via email with information regarding exact departure location (including google maps pin) and travel instructions. Please be sure the email you used to register is accessable and that you check your inbox as well as spam for this notification. If you do not see this message please contact us asap NLT noon the Saturday before departure as no one will be in office to check messages thereafter.
On departure day please be at the bus at least 15 minutes ahead. We can not refund for missed or no shows.
